Scentsy Story
So to tell you a little about myself and why I decided to join Scentsy…
About 14 years ago, I moved to Petawawa knowing nobody except my fiancé. At the time, I was a stay-at-home mom to my 3 kiddos and was trying to find my place in a brand new town. One day, a neighbour invited me to a Scentsy party and I figured, why not go, make some friends, and see what it was all about? I had never even heard of Scentsy before then.
Well… I fell in love with the scent Aussie Plum, and the rest is history.
Fast forward to April 2015 a friend told me, “You love the products so much, why not try selling them and make some extra money?” I thought about it for a few months and finally decided, what do I have to lose?
Now here I am years later, still loving every minute of it! I’ve met some amazing customers who have become wonderful friends over the years. Being my own boss has allowed me to enjoy more family time, create my own schedule, and do something I truly love.
Then in June of last year, our family started a new chapter and moved to the small town of Iroquois Falls after spending 14 years in Petawawa building my customer base and friendships. Starting over in a new community, beginning a new job, and getting to know new people has been both exciting and bittersweet.
One thing that hasn’t changed is how much I still love sharing Scentsy products, new releases, and everything exciting happening in the world of Scentsy. I’m so grateful I took that leap all those years ago because it has brought so many wonderful people and opportunities into my life.
